I don't know if anyone else is affected by this, but LINTV, who owns my local CBS affiliate, and Time Warner Cable, no longer have an agreement. LIN is not allowing Time Warner to carry their channels until a new agreement is made. LIN wants to be paid for allowing Time Warner to carry their stations. TW doesn't want to pay LIN because then, due to federal law, they have to pay ALL OVER THE AIR stations the same amount.
