Why are my sandwiches so delicious?

I make a grilled ham and cheese with Carl Buddig Honey Ham slices, and whatever block cheese I have at the time (fuck american). Cheddar.... mozzarella... and now colby jack. I think that grilled ham and cheese may be my favorite sandwich of all time.

Cheddar is awesome, but so far I think my colby-jack one has been the best tasting. Or maybe it's just because I have it down to an exact science now.
