I saw them (him) last night at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY. As the headliner, he went on at 11:06 and exited stage at 11:52, playing only ten songs, the final not even one of his own. This is unacceptable from a headlining act.

i agree that its not a very long headlining set, but there have been tours where Dashboard Confessional (who has many more albums) has only played 12 as a headliner....and both the rocket summer and all time low played 9-10 as headliners on the AP tour last year....so it DOES happen from time to time

Ha, I didn't know anybody here was into them (or knew them). Saw them do a headlining show at the Mercury Lounge in NYC this summer. Pretty solid.

I'd like to check out their live show so I might be hitting this tour up....I dunno though it is a spendy week cuz I am seeing Anberlin on the 11th and the rock band tour on the 14th...the Secondhand/Thriving Ivory tour comes through here on the 15th

i saw him in july 07 openning for hawthorne heights at a myspace secret show. really nice guy, sounded really good. and i do like the song vunerable. but this full band crap is LAME. and he shouldnt headline yet.

he basically made up the set as he went along
now hes got it all planned out

and besides, so what if he did a cover
a lot of bands do it
be happy it wasnt a remake of umbrella

he basically made up the set as he went along
now hes got it all planned out

and besides, so what if he did a cover
a lot of bands do it
be happy it wasnt a remake of umbrella

I've seen secondhand several times, now i'm not positive but usually one of the reason's he doesnt play a very long headlining is because he brings like 4 or 5 bands with him and usually gives them a pretty decent length slot time, i understand thats short but i've seen way worse headlining sets than that
