So here are some weird things I've learned while going to school in Oklahoma:
1. Almost everybody's at least 1/23098435094th Indian and usually they can say what tribe and the ones with the larger percentage use it to their advantage
2. When I tell everyone how many times I've moved, in most places, people ask if my dad's in the military. Here people ask if my dad's in the oil industry.
3. At Crossroads Mall in Oklahoma City, there is an oil pump in the parking lot.
4. It's not Musk-e-gee it's Musk-oh-gee like it's not Miami it's Meami, and it's not Du-rahnt, it's Du-rant.
5. Texas sucks. Blame Texas for everything.
6. Nobody has an accent. Unless you are from Texas.
7. There are toll roads all over. I mean what is this New Jersey?
8. In the fall this is what your weekend is like: Friday Night: High School Football, Saturday Morning or Afternoon or Evening: College Football (GO SOONERS!) Sunday: Pro Football (GO COWBOYS!)
9. Half of the students who go to OU are from Texas, no joke. Mostly from North Texas.
10. Texas is only good for what you can't get here (i.e. good shopping, pro sports)
11. Our state is shaped like a frying pan, how badass is that?

I'll think of more later. Enjoy.

Oklahama. It's flat.

At least Texas is next to Mexico and has some beaches and Austin.

Texas wins.

Where?
I might go to Dallas for the Fall Out Boy show or I might go to the one in Oklahoma City, I'm not sure.
I'm going to Dallas for Warped Tour.
I'm going with one of my future roommates to his place in Houston and to watch an Astros game.

But yeah I forgot Austin was so close. I need to go to South by Southwest some year.

Go to Austin. That place is so much fun.

It's one big city full of indie kids and it's quite fun.

indian or native american?
See they are Native Americans and I actually like calling them by their tribe names instead of giving them the general term "native americans" but they call them Indians so that's why it is in there like that.
