CDs, my friend. Both these swell bands will be supporting new sophomore releases by this tour. It will be an excellent way to kick it to some new jams that I'm sure won't disappoint.

I really wanna see Mae, but I don't think I can bring myself to a level to go see TSL with all the 12 year old girls screaming. Mae, why bring yourself to this level? :headshake

Oh yeah, why bring yourself to a place where you can be sucessful? Because it's not like you actually need things in life to live and can spend your whole life unknown except for 100 people...
I say good for Mae, and if it brings 12 year old girls like it did for TSL, fine.

more bands need to be like mae, simple plan tour, relient k tour, hot rod circuit, and now this. they r touring their asses off and even though the starting line isnt the greatest band in the world its a great improvement from simple plan. and about the rumor of this day and age being the opener, if that is true.... i would be so happy, 2005 kicks so much ass.

Why in the fuck does it matter who else is at the show? Their could be 2000 fiftty-five year old African tribe members there, does it play a role in whether I enjoy the show or not? Hell no, not in the slightest. If 12-year old girls enjoy the bands and like the music then they have just as much right to be there as you, and how the fuck does it matter if they're there or not, are you so overly critical that people of a different age group turn you away from a fun night?

That's what I've been trying to say, I don't see what the big deal is if there's an 100 year old man, or a 6 year old girl, I don't think they'll affect you that much, especially the 100 year old, unless your a hot 20 something girl :wink3:

it does make a different to a certain extent who's there because i've been to shows and i've been dancing and jerks come and start jumping around and acting like assholes and think they are all cool when they are actaully just asking to get swung at.

Oh yeah, of course when it comes to violence and drugs and otehr harmful factors. But I mean, as far as age groups, gender, and race, things of that nature really don't make a difference to me, and shouldn't make a difference to anyone else. As far as gangs, violence, drugs, etc. that cause harm on other innocent people, then of course that makes a difference.

touché, my friend. i'd agree with you, but I wanna hear a demo first. Your Favorite Weapon defined fast poppy punk for its era, Deja Entendu defined indie rock emo for 2003, what are they going to pull out and rewrite? I hope it's not hip hop emo... the genre that MC Lars tried to bring around, only to find he's popular just because he's different.

i wouldn't be surprised. mae and tdaa have the same booking agent and are also doing 3 dates together next month. if they do join, that would be one kick ass tour.

It does matter when you cant get to the front because some pubescent bitch who waited in line for 12 hours is in your way standing there talking about how hot Kenny is.

Openers havent been decided for the TSL April headline tour (except for mae), for the record I have never heard "this day and age" and i dont think TSL has either. They havent even been submited to me as a possible opening band.

I agree 110%, this is a LOT better then past tours they've been on. I was just going through the shows I taped and I came across the tour they did in 2002 with taking back sunday. Ah the glory days of tbs, whoever said they could coheadline with jimmy eat world must've been on something other worldly.

I am TSL's manager ask anyone that works for AP.net and they will tell you. Excuse me for not knowing who "this day and age" is. It's completly impossible to know who every band is. I have been going to shows for longer than you have probobly been alive so I'm sure I know plenty of great bands you never heard too.
