i dont think the band will complain much if he like them a little and gets the shirt anyways. a) its putting the word out and b) its more money toward the band/record company if thier signed.

i saw some girls at a format show with tie dyed shirts with letters on them that spelled out "Format" when they stood next to each other. they were pretty hot if i remember correctly

get whichever shirt you like more. to me, band shirts are to spread the word of a band you think deserves to be heard. so if you think the band deserves a spot of your body every now and then get it.
