It's pretty much a post hardcore band with a bit of popiness. Best way to put it is Thursday meets Paramore & Chiodos.

Point Barrow. It's the name of the northernmost part of North America. We chose it basically to correlate to the Alaska/Nautical themes in the artowrk.

Very cool name. Geography is lovely. I really like "The Last Time I saw Paris." I have a poem similar to this, only it has a lot more gor in it. But the lyrics of all of them are all pretty cool. I'd kill to hear it. Are there any girls in the band or is it just boys? The one about hurricaine Katrina is really good too-"swallowed up"-nice metaphor. I'd applaude only you can't hear me.

It's an all dude band, though I wouldn't mind getting a girl in to do keys/synth stuff as well as some singing. Our keyboard player just left and trying to compensate for it has been a bitch, and I've always wondered what it'd be like to have some female vocals in these songs.

That's cool. You totally wouldn't want to hear me though. But seriously the song lyrics are way cool. I wounder why it is that I have like only a few bands in my Zune that have girls in them-Paramore, Meg and Dia, t.A.T.u., I think that's all NO! MSI! AHH! Sorry-off topic, I know. But you guys don't have any videos of the band playing anywhere? I'd like to listen. Is there any screaming?
