I'm tempted to say the new Tokyo Police Club, but I haven't listened to it in a while and I haven't heard much that's been released in the past 2 or 3 months so who knows...

much too hard to determine for me. I freak out at the sheer notion of Top 10's or 20's, let alone one album.

hmm out of all albums from any genre i would have to say The Arcade, by HYPER CRUSH
If its in the rock/alt/punk/ect... genre id have to say either Whisper War, by The Cab, or the Welcome to the New Administration MixTape put out by Fall Out Boy (if that would count)
