Anyone edit audio?

So does anyone know how to edit audio really good? What I need are the vocals turned up on a live song for one of our videos. Can anyone help?

I could if I were at home. I have recording software. I'm not actually that good with it, I can just make it sound like someone's balls aren't being stepped on when they sing. I can only bring things up or down. You need quality shit because you have to splice the audio into different tracks and then edit them.
