Stay away from soda.

Do a lot of crank. (The easiest and funnest way, presumably)

Also, no soda like the gentleman above me said. Don't eat before going to bed. Self-control. Eat slowly so your body has time to tell itself it's full. Maybe go to Subway and do the whole Jared thing.

Just don't eat. Anorexia is in with the Armor For Sleep crowd isn't it?

Just don't eat as much, try to stay around 1.5K calories/day, and stay away from sodas and High Fructose corn syrup

The easy answer would be portion control and light exercise. Both would be variable depending on how fast you want to lose it.

So I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds.

An easy way would be doing some utterly useless shopping in England.

Just count calories and go out of your way to be active for a couple months. Losing weight isn't near as tough as people make it out to be. It's all will power...

I've found that if I focus on small Breakfast and lunches, I can go a little heavier on dinner and keep the pounds off. I bike (outdoors or on an exercise bike) a couple of miles a day just to stay in shape. I've been 157 for 4 years and it's been pretty consistent (I used to be 185). I'm 6'1 by the way. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Oh, this reminds me! I'm writing an article on health and diets for the next issue of my school paper, and that ties in with this thread.. Do you ever cook at home? What do you cook? When you get home from school or work, what do you eat as a snack. Would you ever eat a diet or organic version of your favorite food, or would you rather stick with the original?

But, back to your question:s try working out with a friend, that way you can motivate eachother. Also, you'd be suprised at how good organic and diet food are, and switching over is such an easy and quick way to cut back on calories.
