Anyone know any sites or such that has listings for . . . .

jobs or volunteers in the music business
such as for helping with merch, touring, anything really.

I know It helps when your friends with a band and get on the In's with them and their tour.
I know several bands and have helped, but I'm looking to do more since I will be attending college
for sound design, and management. But I'm just curious If anyone has pointers or sites, on how to put my feet into the water a little more and get out there and start getting into the business. Anything would be great :)

I am no help at all, but Dubai, really? Am in Sharjah right now haha.

lol yeah im in dubai, i hate it though. The music scene sucks over here....actually it cant even suck because there IS NO music scene over here haha

Hahah go to like AUD or AUS they have some shows sometimes with like local bands, it's alright.
The yearly desert rock festival sometimes has good bands too!

yeahh i heard about them, i was good friends with the SparkPlugs and the skyscrapers bands....but like it was all "alright"....and desert rock usually brings out really mainstream people who get overplayed on the radio. lol the only thing fun to do here is bars, clubs, or shisha haha

haha true about DDR, though seeing the bravery and the prodigy was good fun.
Bah I have to go to dubai for those things, sharjah is a pain.
