Peavey Windsor

A buddy of mine offered to sell me his Windsor for $200.00, I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to get a decent sound out of it. I'm a bassist, but I need something to get by for a little while in a new project I'm working on where I'll be playing guitar. So if anyone has gigged with one or has really used it let me know what you think.

i played one at a guitar center. it sounded ok for a cheaper amp, but there is no clean channel.
