Where is a great place to get sweet buttondown shirts... I love everywhere and I hate the stupid Abercrombie/American Eagle buttondowns, but I know of no where else
Thanks ;)

What's wrong with Abercrobie and AE? Not scene enough? Yeah, Abercrobie is expensive, but AE is amazing.
Or I just dont like their button down shirts...

AE is fucking expensive too, that place is such a rip off!
i pick stuff up at bluenotes (do you guys have that in the states?) they have lotsa buttonup shirts and I can usually find stuff on the racks at the back that are like 10 bucks a pop, the newer stuff is decently priced too.

H & M all the way and Primark too. Is the U.K the only ones with the joys of Primark?

I hate American Eagle. I hate Abercrombie & Fitch.
The only place I shop at is really Gap. I wear And 1 shorts that I stole from my fat friend and I have sweet shirts I made when I was in fifth grade.

The only time I wear real clothes is when I go to see my girlfreind, and thats jeans a button down. I'm very basic and boring.

I used to be all "Preppies suck GO PUNK ROCK!" and shit like that but I've changed. I still don't like Abercombie but cuz it's too expensive. AE is rad. Not a big Hollister guy either. Aeropastale is good but the dress shirt I have from them is ehh.

i've gotten less and less preppy over time, although i still try and stick to my preppy roots a lot. i have to still bust out my hot pink polo at times.

I was never actually like that. I'm sure 90% of this page was at one point though. I got along with everyone. Except once this fa.g who I hate made fun of me because I had a "Victory Records" shirt on when I was in tenth grade.
Well, he likes MCR and is now my trash man. Fuck you.

I take that back. I never liked those faux goth people that thought GC was awesome. And they liked Slipknot way to much. Fuck that band.

I get my clothes from discount racks at the gap and salvation army. Unless its my birthday then I make my girlfriend buy me the clothes that aren't on sale from the gap.

I don't mind A&F, AE, or Hollister all that much. I used to barely ever shop anywhere other than Zumiez or Hot Topic (yes, I was one of them), but my style is evolving into that "preppy emo" look lately and I've realized that I can probably find good clothes at places other than Zumiez or Hot Topic....
But I need to find button up shirts too...
I want fuckin' Zumiez here in Indiana!!!

Slipknot don't deserve the hate they get. They put on the best live show around.

the best, are you sure about that?
I can think of 10 bands who do a way better live show than them.,
I honestly doubt it. When it comes to energy, stage presence and proficiency with their instruments they're in a class of their own.

"proficiency with their instruments"
yeah awesome, one of them sits on top of a roll of drums, and hits anything that he desires.
and the other one stands round and hits a beer keg while jumping on the other members....
amazing huh?
Listen to the guitars. Listen to the drums. Listen to the vocal work.
Show me one drummer who's better than Joey Jordison.

I admit that a lot of the guitar work is very good, but they dont get to show there true potential in that band.
If they join a new band, one where they can actually showcase there talents, people might take them more seriously as musicians.
Mick needs to be in a grind band.
"people might take them more seriously as musicians"
That's just stupid. Why the hell shouldn't people take them seriously as musicians? And why should they bother to join another band to get cred?

american shopping is so much fun, it's like I'm not spending real money since it's all the same colour!
i've discovered that zumiez is almost exactly like the store I work at, except we have a lot more snowboard stuff. oh, and it's cheaper.... but everything is down there! i buy most of my stuff from my store (west 49), underground, AE, below the belt, aritzia..... i wear anything that i like.

it's actually a LOONIE. american money reminds me of fake money you get in play cash registers.
one dollar bills are SO deceiving. I pull out a wad of bills and I'm all "yay! money!" but it's really just a bunch of one dollar bills. It's horrible.
