Conan, easily. He's probably the only guy who's an actual hilarious person on his own without relying on the written jokes from his writers. He's very good at ad-libbing. Plus, his show itself is easily the funniest out of any of the others.

No, it's like a right of passage in my town to nearly hit him. Apperently he gives the finger to my town's highway department, so in response they made huge bumper stickers that say 'Hi Dave' and he had the head of the department call in on his show to talk about it.
