Is it me, or are a shitload of albums coming out in 2005. It seems like everyone wants to release on this year.

No, I'm not complaining; I didn't think I'd be getting a new Fall Out Boy and a new The Starting Line cd in the same year :D, merely stating the trend I am seeing with bands in 2005 vs. the other years.

(...it isn't just a tad overwhelming to anyone? )

Im happy all these new CDs are coming out. 2004 wasnt that great for music, or so I thought.

After having a less than steller year in music last year, the 2005 cd releases are very much welcomed and I am very thrilled that so many are coming out this year.

A lot of terrific cd's came out last year. Try Satanic Panic in the Attic, Album of the Year, SMiLE, You're A Woman, I'm A Machine, Shake the Sheets, Funeral, I could go on forever.

Tyler (TheE11 RK) made it for me. It turned out awesome too. He can give you directions how to make it or something I'm sure.

How come every time an elder-statesman punk band makes a "mature" album, everyone jizzes over it? Give me London Calling anyday over all these pale diversions.

ive bought at least 2 albums a week since the beginning of the year....but in the end, its worth the money because honestly...im glad the music coming out is good. I think i'd be pissed if lots of albums that came out were shitty...or if nothing came out, and i was stuck with demos.

Not one of the stronger tracks but it's not that bad either.
