i'm curious how this is going to turn out.

I'd be voting Obama, if it was my country.

This country is screwed either way we go. I guess I should hurry up and register so I can pick my poison.

I've already voted, for Obama.

You forgot Cynthia McKinney and Bob Barr, too.

despite my icon I'm trying to decide between Nader and Obama. I think Nader will be the better president but he's not going to get enough votes for it to matter since Obama is a shoe-in for IL, though that also means I can vote for whoever the hell I want.

Sometimes in life we have to choose between a giant douche and a turd sandwich.

My only question is why? For something this big and this important, why be stuck to those choices? Seems like we should strive for more than a giant douche and a turd sandwich when it comes to running and repairing a country.

Eh. I've heard them say that they lean towards the Republican side. But there is a difference between Republican and Conservative, just as there is a difference between Democrat and Liberal. The two can easily coincide, but there is much room for opposition. I can see them being Republican, but not so much Conservative.

I haven't compared the two or three together and I feel very comfortable with Kucinich.

Yeah dude, I know the difference between Conservative and Republican.. I heard they were Conservative

(that sounded pretty douchey, didn't intend for that)

Mine probably did, too. My bad. The only reason I went through that is I read an interview where they said Republican (they may be Conservative, as well), and I have friends and family members who make it clear that they are Rep. and not Con., or Dem. and not Lib. My bad completely.

Oh no problem at all.. and this is going to be a very interesting election.

kucinich is too far left in most people's eyes. the fact that he tried to impeach cheney is amazing. he'll never have a chance, though.

i don't hold to a party, but obama will be a good president imo. mccain is just ridiculous to me. and palin...ugh.

I'm not excited about either of the candidates. Obama is too socialist for my tastes, and McCain portrays himself as a maverick even though he is overwhelmingly similar to our current president.
