Alright so here's what happened:
It snowed pretty good yesterday so at night once no one has anything to really do, around say 9:30, 7 of us get together to go sledding, play in the snow, dick around, etc. So we walk all the way to this hill just off campus. There's plenty of other people there too basically doing the same as us. So we start sledding and stuff. Then we decide to go over to this other hill. So my roommate goes down in a sled and I decide to chase after him and hurl a snowball at him. I start running down the hill, throw, and miss. But now I'm running full speed down this huge hill. So I decide I need to stop before I lose control of where I'm going. So I hop down onto both knees and start sliding down the hill on my knees, right into a rock hidden under the snow. Both knees, going fast as shit. So I just lay there for a few minutes but mostly everyone was already down the hill and didn't know what was going on. So they just assumed it was cool and I'd get up. But I didn't. So eventually after like five minutes of laying face down in the snow, I got up and hobbled back to my room. Problem was I that I was on this huge hill like a quarter mile from my room. So this girl Carla walks back with me and we get to my room. Both pairs of pants I was wearing are torn through at the knees, covered in blood. So I get my pants off and start cleaning this shit out. I can barely bend either knee. So my parents had to drive over in the snow and determine if I should go to the hospital. (Because it was snowing, all campus services were closed) So I go to get it checked out today, first the doctor, then x-rays, then the doctor, then an orthopedist. Turns out nothing is wrong with bones or anything, I just wrecked my knees really hard. Now I walk with crutches or walk like Frankenstein, like I don't have any knee joints. It sucks.
