How many people have any of you known who could sing without sounding like a wreck, but were mediocre at the very best, but they have this deluded, inflated sense of their talents because family and friends, who are just blown away by anyone who can kinda-sorta pull of a note without choking, have been feeding them this verbal spew about how they're exceedingly talented and possessors of a wonderful voice.

We all know a wealth of people like that. 4 Octave vocal range is nothing special and anyone can learn to play those instruments does she do anything fresh or interesting with them? No. Do her songs have even an ounce of complexity melody wise or instrumentally? Does she demonstrate any maturity with songwriting or lyrical skills? No.

She is nothing remotely special. Just a girl who can sing simple melodies in tune and sound slightly above average with studio engineering behind her.

By the way considering someone a good singer through vocal range is idiotic, all it proves is you can sing in tune, a skill millions and millions and millions of people posses.
