Rufio, Gatsbys, Over It, The Fight Tour

It looks like Rufio (www.rufiomusic.com) will be touring with Gatsby's American Dream (www.gatsbysamericandream.com), Over It (www.overitonline.com), and The Fight (www.thefightmusic.com) in April and May. I'm sure you can expect a confirmation or dismissal message about this sometime in the near future.

hmm. I personally can't stand rufio and the fight, and over it is coo, i'm just not a gigantic fan. I'm sure i'll see it though, i mean come on - it is Gatsby's. Just doesn't seem like a tour that fits them very well, kinda weird. you've got 3 pop-punk bands....and then one of the most creative, innovative bands in gatsby's.

A) rufio is by far the best pop punk bands around today. Listen to the guitar on Perhaps I suppose.. Definetly some of the best guitarist for a pop punk band.

B) I disagree with you gatsby statement.. Maybe it because your favorite band and our jaded. I dont see anything really special about them..

Rufio is fucking terrible. The lyrics are annoying, the vocals make me want to take a knife to my skull, and every song sounds identical. I don't care how good the guitars are, the fact is that they are still a pop-punk band and nothing more, the music is still very formulaic and boring as shit.

You obviously haven't spent any time listening to Gatsby's if you don't see anything special about them. You don't have to like them, but I mean come on, the band doesn't even have choruses in 85% of their songs. They change styles so quickly and dramatically.

I'm not jaded, I can just distinguish between what is good music and what is crap.

rufio one of the best pop punk bands around? are you serious? yes, purhaps i suppose was a decent album and had some amazing riffs in it, but the 2nd album hit the ground flat. as far as pop punk goes the list is minimal of great ones, or ones that stand out. but there are plenty that are ABOVE rufio
