ok, i was listening to my ipod about a week ago.All of a suden, i cant use the menu and play buttons!!!

Has this happened to you?

Can u help me out?

try plugging it into a computer and use itunes to restore it.
or turn the hold button on for 10 seconds then turn it off, after that hold the menu and middle button at the same time.

That sucks man.
2 days after using my first ipod, it randomly put itself in lock mode even when the switch isn't turned to the lock position. It soon just stayed lock, so I took it back and got a new one.

try posting in the right forum, that should fix your ipod problems miraculously.

yeah that's what thy tell you to do in the instructions
haha yeah i've told about 5 different people to do that with their ipod. everyone is too lazy to read instructions.
