i said frances the mute because its new material. maybe when that goes away and the songs get 'old' i will change my mind. but right now its frances.

im listening to frances right now and i really like it, but when they had like that hip hoppish part i thought that it was really stupid.

if anyone has the track frances the mute that was only on the overseas version of the album id love to get it

I really enjoyed Deloused. It was something I'd actually have a desire to listen to. Frances is alright, but not at all something I find myself really interested in hearing over and over.

Relationship of Command is still one of my favorite albums ever.

there is a bit too much of that in frances, dissappointing, but i also agree that the spanish parts are pretty awesome

frances was even more experimental than de-loused

overall though, mars volta are a huge breath of fresh air from all that other mainstream shit thats on the top 40 charts that has dominated it for the past 2 years

I voted Deloused and Ima gunna tell ya why.

I think that with the way the songs on Frances are presented (15 minute songs all interconnecting) is a little annoying. When i heard of the idea i thought it would be awsome. i mean i love the idea of songs all flowing together but i dunno it annoyed me. Also i dont feel enough like connection with the songs on the album. if you were to ask me what my favourite song on Frances is i couldnt tell you. But if you asked me what my favourite Deloused song is i would say Take The Vail Cerpin Taxt. Maybe it is because i havnt listened to it as much but i would say Deloused by a long shot. Although Frances is still a great album.
