This is one of my favorite one man bands, out of Chicago, Illinois. Chris Otepka is a great song writer and musician, and live is absolutely hilarious. His lyrics and many of the melodies come off as indie, but his vocals remind me of Michael Stipe of R.E.M. His new album drops in a week, and he's touring the western U.S. soon.
