What are some fairly good recording programs that are also fairly easy to mix with and maybe have seperate tracks and whatnot :S?

Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro, I have 2.0 but I think there is a newer one. All American Rejects recorded their self-titled album using it, just so you know its decent. I like it. But yeah Acid Sonic Foundry is good too.
