I'm well aware, but your unemployment kicks major ass. My sister lives in Huizen and is just starting up her own recruitment business. I used to think she made a shit load but since basically half of it goes to taxes she lives rather modestly.

Huizen? as in a place in holland? Cool. Yeah taxes here are ridiculous. they take a good 500 bucks off my paycheck just for tax. Every month.

I make $6.50 an hour for one of my jobs and $8 an hour for my other, although I was told that if they get a grant I'll get bumped up to $10 an hour. No one has really said if they got it or not though, so who knows.

For my $6.50 an hour job I pretty much work whenever I want for however long I want (which is a good and bad thing) and for my other job I work 15 hours a week, but I'm working full 8 hour days for the rest of this week because I'm on spring break and don't have class.

I only made $7.50 an hour the past two summers...this summer should be a bit better especially if I get bumped up to $10 an hour. I'll be making like $800 every two weeks before taxes....that would be nice. I need to get new tires for my car this summer and that's going to be pricey...

$13.50/hour. It's ok for a temporary job, I guess.

I had a summer job a while ago where on certain job sites I was getting $21.15/hour because it was a state-controlled wage. The best is part is that place involved a lot of overtime. Time and a half at that pay rate.........I once made over $1,000 in one week.

That's pretty cool....so I assuming you're doing the job just for the money than. :)

My best friend wants to do international business, she's going to end up getting her masters in french linguistics and she's graduating this year with a double major in marketing and management.

Man, $10 an hour seemed like so much, I can't even imagine maknig $14. You're going to make an assload of money this summer....and with that assload of money you should make a trip to come visit me...haha

I should probably just come visit you since I hate having to entertain people...lol
