Murder by Death/ William Elliot Whitmore, J Roddy Walston and the Business
I am going to this show tonight at the Drunken Unicorn, I will update this later with Murder by Death's set-list.
EDIT: It was an absolutely amazing show, the first band took a couple songs to grow on me but they ended up being a lot of fun, William Elliot Whitmore was incredible, and Murder by Death played twenty songs and they were just as good as usual.
No idea what songs J Roddy Walston and the Business played (five or six song set)
William Elliot Whitmore played two old songs, two new songs, his cover of Dynamite Mine, and the rest he took requests.
Murder by Death:
'52 Ford
Ball & Chain
Sometime the Line Walks You (by mistake they all started playing a different song and they went with the one Sarah started playing)
Rumbrave
A Masters in Reverse Psychology
Boy Decide
The Desert is On Fire
Ash
Steal Away
Cover of a William Elliot Whitmore song (didn't catch the title)
Fuego!
Until Morale Improves, the Beatings Will Continue
Organ Grinder
Brother
The Devil in Mexico
Comin' Home
ENCORE
Shiola (Adam solo)
Three Men Hanging
Dead Men and Sinners
Spring Break 1899
The last three encores were requests from the crowd, so they will probably be different everywhere. It would've sucked to not hear Dead Men and Sinners, I was elated when they played it. Also, first time out of the five times I have seen them that they did not play Killbot2000, and when somebody requested it during the encore the whole band just stared at the guy with the bassist shaking his head.
Great, great show, I'd highly recommend going!
