Need Help Naming This Song.

Hey I have a clip from a song that I sware I have herd before in an old song (maybe the 70's era). I know this seems stupid but can you guys try to help me with this. Its 12 secs long and the song it reminds me of kicks in full at like 6 secs. Let me know if you have any ideas at all.

they are known to play stuff like that live
so i was curious if anyone knew what it was
