This is easily one of my favorite albums ever and I didn't even realize it until recently. I cannot find one thing I don't like about the album. Limbeck has been such a solid band over the years, but this is definately my go to Limbeck album. What does everyone else think of it? What's your favorite track? What's your favorite Limbeck album?

Also, I'm sure there are plenty of threads about Limbeck but when I searched the album name i couldn't find a thread for it within the first 5 pages. I apologize is this has already been made and feel free to delete it.

Definitely a solid band and a great album. I love Honk + Wave, Silver Things, Julia, and In Ohio on Some Steps. I really enjoy the brief vocals at the end of In Ohio with the girl just kind of singing what he sings and it's a fun song to play. It would have to be my favorite album of theirs although the others are good albums as well.

That whole alt-country style. Step down from Wilco but a step above Drag the River.

I'm listening to clips on iTunes right now. I have to admit, it sounds a lot better than I thought it would, considering I don't really like that country twang.

i thought the same thing when i first bought the album a few years ago, but it really doesn't feel as country as you'd think.

Yeah, I think it's the voice that does it for me. It's not country at all.

"The Sun Woke The Whole State" sounds like it's the best on the whole cd.
