Joe from The Weakend has written a tour update on their current East Coast tour with Royden, you can find it in the replies.

"I'm sitting in a room at the Courtyard Marriott hotel
on the Virginia Beach strip. Its a pretty sweet town
although its kind of empty. I'm guessing it really
picks up when the weather is warmer but right now its
a ghost town. Our van broke! and is getting fixed as
we speak. Lucky for us its nothing serious, so we're
relieved. Royden is amazing! We love them and are
really happy to be on tour with them. Not only are
they the nicest and funniest guys, their music and
their live show is incredible. Our show yesterday in
Woodbridge, Virginia w/ the Madison/Emma tour was
cancelled because of reasons beyond our control. Let
me tell you, days off suck really bad. We've had worse
though. At least we got to hang out with a bunch of
bands and get yelled at for loitering among other
things. Our shows in Montclair, New Jersey and
Trafford, Pennsylvania were both sweet though, so we
weren't too upset about a day off, but we were so
ready to rock out. If anyone knows about the Weakend's
tour last summer, you know that we had a lot of off
days, and we were by ourselves. So this is way better
than that. We're pumped up to play out the rest of the
dates of the tour and looking forward to hitting up
HOTlanta for some nice weather. Anyone who can still
catch one of the shows on this tour should seriously
consider coming out because we're having an awesome
time and I'm sure everyone else will too. See you
then!!

the reason why the show got cancelled was becasue nobody came. you should have come and maybe the show wouldnt have gotten cancelled. ;)
