I throw things.
Not the controllers or the consoles or anything, since I cant afford to replace them each time games piss me off, but I throw the remote and other crap at the walls.

My brother on the other hand, his current total of broken controllers is 7.
All of them from Madden, 6 from Madden 06 on the original XBox, 1 from 08 on the 360.

Same here, man. I played it for a few hours without the guide, then I just went out and bought it. Haha. That game was just way over my head at some points.

I used to be at step 5 when I was little with video games but now the worst I do is take it out on the controller. I was stoked when I first got the Wii cause when I'd get mad, I'd throw the controller on the ground, but since it had a strap, it would just come right back up. One day the strap snapped though and it broke into 100 pieces on my floor haha.
