Small Feature Upgrade

I've added a new feature that allows members to highlight text in user's posts and after clicking the quick reply icon (tiny little one next to quote) for that post, it will get entered into your reply surrounded by quote tags! This is useful for multiple quotes from one user or if you are quoting different users. Enjoy.

when i click on the numbers for the other news pages it sends me back to page 1. i don't know if that's just me but if it's not you might want to fix that.

there's a red border around the silver boxes that show the news titles. also, when you view profile or anything that has extended life, the bottom half of it is like pink.
