the only state on the west that calls it soda (its real name) is California. Both Washington and Oregon are pop lovers.
Then in the south east of Arizona, it is reffered to as Coke. No matter what kind. Like this example.

I'm livid. I was forced to go with Sprite due to the lack of options. Ginger Ale is wayyyyyyyyyyy better than all those drinks considering it doesn't require loads of caffeine to make it delicious and refreshing and it has less pollutants as a lighter liquid.
