I tracks you through IP addresses, Like AshesAshes (Or whatever IP he was coming from) was up to 1.35 GB For the rest of you that it doesnt show anything, it may just be because your not in the database (Jason changed it around a bit, so I dont know what it does when your not in the DB) because you havent transfered enough.
BTW, posting links to pictures doesnt use bandwidth, downloading attachments does. Browsing the site does. And, even though you posted an attachment, did you download it at all? If you didnt download it, you havent used any bandwidth, all the people that downloaded it did though. If your around a lot and you think you should be in the DB, but your not, go over to www.whatismyip.com and private message it to me, and I'll take a look at if / why your not in the database (I think they're might be a bug that some of you arent getting put in)....

Oh I realized why you can go Down now. The reason you go down, is because your Cost is calculated as a percentage of the total (So if you dont come for a few days, or you have a different IP for a few days, You'll start to decline compared to everyone else, Who are going up).
