I'm pretty sure they've always been terrible. Marinelli has no plan to change anything either. It's worse enough that Bill Ford has enough to worry about with his namesake going under, but to be paying a bunch of bum ass football players.

i remember being the lions in old Madden games just for Barry. and the only other guy on the team i can remember was Cory Schlesinger (sp?).

I grew up watching the lions too (I'm from Michigan), and it was always hilarious to me when my dad would get pissed at them and throw the remote control at the TV.

I hope they turn it around soon, but sadly, I don't see that happening.

Haha, like 5 years ago, for Christmas, my dad took me and my brothers to a Lions game for Christmas. It was the game that LT set the record for rushing yards in a single game.
Haha, I can just remember at the begining of the fourth quarter, my little brother (Who was 8 then), was like, 'Dad, I'm sorry, but this is the qorst Christmas present ever!'

except LT never set the record for most rushing yards in a single game. the game against the lions in 2003 was BEFORE christmas and LT only had 88 yards. fail.

Haha no way, this is going to be awesome! Most of my family is from Michigan, so every year we go up there for Thanksgiving. We always end up betting on the Lions game, and my family always bets on the Lions to win. You would think they would know better...

dont you find it hilarious how everyone talks about the lions in the preseason (because apparently the lions only care about winning preseason games), people always say "oh man this is going to be the lions year" and you know what...they never are
