Chuck Ragan is my pick.........probably not the best, but he is my favorite.

As far as I know Andrew only has a few demos. Unless you're considering Jack's a "solo" project. Everything in Transit was a solo album, though it became a band with official members after recording.

saw him live over the summer, with about 20 other people maybe. he played literally every song off of every CD because the crowd was asking. and it was his first and only show (i think it was his only show) after a longgg break from playing acoustic.
Anthony Green is another of my favorites. maybe not the best ever, but i do love Avalon.
