Alright. Whenever I connect my iPod through the USB connector, iTunes never recognizes the iPod, so I can't update my music. Also, it keeps flashing that O with a line through it saying "Do not disconnect."
What the fuck?

either reset it, or maybe it was reset previously with apple instead of windows (or vice versa)

I restart my computer. It usually recognizes it then.

My battery is starting to lose its power each time I recharge too. I heard that Apple fucked up with the batteries and eventually they die and you have to send them away for new ones.

It's so weird. It'll say it's only charged to half life sometimes, but it's really fully charged. And it'll freeze. And it doesn't play full songs sometimes.
And I've restarted. I've repaired iTunes. I've had iTunes open. I've plugged the USB into another slot. I got the highest update for my iPod.
Fuck you Apple.

warranty?
The same thing happened with my Ipod even though I tried everything and then one day it just worked. It just wouldn't recognize it. Sometime mine doesn't turn on, I really don't know why I wasted the money on it.
