i had to double take when i saw this thread.
i don't know about most underrated but they are definitely extremely underrated for everything they have done for modern music.
This thread should be at least 1,000 posts long.
Pretty much the purveyors of modern electronica as we know it.
I saw them at Coachella this year and fuck I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I was fortunate enough to have a couple of friends growing up who are huge Kraftwerk fans. Very glad I was exposed to these guys.

I'm not really a fan, but they inspired this by the always awesome Bill Bailey. I thought you guys might like it.

Wow, I echo the sentiments for the lack of replies! Kraftwerk are such a good band my parents got me into actually but have a lot of catching up to do with their whole discography. I love Trans-Europe Express and the idea behind the album.
I love that Bill Bailey clip as well, he is the man.

Listening to Trans-Eurpoe Express for the first time. From all the descriptors I'd ever heard people use for it, I didn't expect the music to be so...lovely.

Started listening to these guys not too long ago, really like "Autobahn", The Man-Machine and Computer World, and still trying to get into Trans-Europe Express. Dudes were crazy influential.
