What do you think of this guy Scott??

I can say it's catchy, and really poppy. It's put together pretty damn well too.

This is definitely one of those cases you can't judge an album by it's cover. It's too bad that it's still shitty and snowy here because whenever I hear that album I feel like it is perfect summer driving music.

I'm not digging it as much as Calendar Days, but it may grow on me.

i think it's well done. it's a good pop album, but it's not much more than that. Really infectiously catchy for about 3 listens, then his voice started to bother me...I still think brat pack is one of the catchiest songs of the year though, even if it is mildly annoying. The guys in This Providence are OBSESSED with it, Gavin never shuts up about it.

I like it. It's really catchy but sometimes i catch myself thinking "should i even be listening to this...." And quickly put on some Bob Seger :headshake.

I agree with Gavin, I've been pretty obsessed with it the last week or so. His voice only has momentary bouts of annoying factor for me though but I think its kind of endearing. Its one of my favorites of the year so far.

When I first got Brat pack I couldn't stop listening to it. As for the album in whole it's pretty good but I'm going to lose intrest in it real soon, it doesn't have much lasting appeal to me.

best cd of the year so far
Right now I really like it but compared to other CDs I have heard it's not even top five.

It's a good album, but I don't think it can touch the new Days Away. Mapping An Invisible World is such a big step for those guys. They don't get enough credit, in my opinion.

I honestly wasnt expecting this album to be soo amazing. I thought the new copeland and the new mae and the new armor for sleep would be amazing but this one surprised me and really caught me off guard. I think thats why i like it so much.

I love The Rocket Summer, plus Byrce is so nice. Its not as good as Calander Days, but it gives it a run.

I see what you're saying, this album definetly caught me off guard too but I just don't think I'll be listening to it much longer while there are a few other releases that I can see myself still enjoying at the end of the year..

Haha, I sometimes think the same thing about listening to Calendar Days. It's just so damn catchy, I can't help it. Irresistable.

Hope the new one is as good. That'd make me happy.
