Anybody else feeling like shit as of late? It's that time of year again. This fucking sucks, I'm congested as shit. I've got a show in Madison tonight and another tomorrow in Minneapolis. Backup vocals ftl.

Any quick sore throat slash congestion remedies?
Besides anal?

This is gonna sound crazy, but if you know anybody with ammonia, that's the best way to clear up congestion. My science teacher told me that, so it works. As for sore throat, hot lemonade with honey always works the best for me.

edit: Just smell the ammonia. It clears your system up instantly.

god, i was soooo sick for the past few weeks, i had thought it had gone away and then it came back with a vengeance. I'm still occasionally coughing, but it's improved significantly at this point.

Unfortunately I have no good remedies once you've already gotten sick, but Zicam has always worked wonders for me in the past when I've used it right when I felt it coming on. This time I was out of Zicam and didn't realize how badly I should have gone to the store and got some initially. I have learned my lesson now.

Oh god yes.


I have the worst ear infection I think I've EVER had in my life, and also a really shitty sore throat/fever.

go with Zicam. and for a sore throat, i really like this herbal tea called Throat Coat.

yeah yeah yeah "omgz u said throat coat"
but i swear by it.

I've been sick since Sunday. It was much worse though, achy, headache and wanting death. Now I just have a cough like no other.

yeah i started getting sick last night and i'm pretty upset because i have a four day weekend and the weather is absolutely beautiful but i'm stuck inside. damn. i had hoped to enjoy my weekend.

the person in front of me slammed on brakes and I didn't have enough time to slow down.
the front half of my car is half the size it used to be.
Nobody got hurt one bit, but my sidekick go flying through my windshield while breaking it. And it still works.

It was my first car accident too. I nearly pissed my pants.
