does anyone else see a crazy "halo" looking thing around the moon right now? It's really hard to explain, but it's almost as if there is a ring of clouds around it, but not directly next to it. The weird thing is that its perfectly circular.

I may just be hallucinating from being cooped up in my dorm room all week...

She's not as loopy as you might think kids. There might in fact be a halo around the moon.
According to my meteorology book halos around the moon or sun are circles of light caused by the bending-refraction-of light rays as they pass through ice crystals.
I'm gonna be a damn good weatherman someday.

No, you aren't crazy, I've witnessed this before. Just one of those flukes of nature, like the platypus or Erich.

i always assumed it meant it was going to rain, or it was really humid outside. last night the moon looked yellowish brown from here, kind of creepy
