ok so me and my "gf" were out at the bar with friends for halloween, we were both drinking. it turns out i was annoying her and not giving her enough freedom so she went up to this guy and started hooking up with him. im just looking for someone to talk to because im sitting alone and no one i call will pick up. i understand i could have been a better bf at times, but last night we had a talk and a general understanding that nothing like this would go down and we would work towards a better relationship. am i retarded to just want to get her alone and scream and and ask why? i dont want to sound like a pussy either, but honestly, i am broken inside. its been three years and now i dont know what to do

We'll talk, but honestly the best thing to do in this situation is to take the advice of my man above. She isn't worth it nor does she deserve you if that is the case.
You need to realize a fundamental rule in Psychology is people will act accordingly to a situation equally, or similarly to the way they acted to situations in the past. It's hard to change, there is a good chance she will do this again in the future and who knows to what degree. Save yourself from more shit.
