Anyone else been following this series? It's been going on for four episodes so far and I've been diggin each and every week.
On a side note, I got Season 1 of LOM UK version today and watched the first episode and already see how the American version is going off in its own way, which I like ours better.

I loved our version all of the music, actors and writing was really good. Best series the BBC has had in a long time.

A question about your version... and really all British shows in general (with really the only other UK show I've watched being UK The Office)... how come your run times are longer than ours? UK EP1=59 mins, US EP1=42 mins. Do your shows take up 1 1/2 hour time slots or what?
And how's the continued/sequel version of it?

Shows that are played on BBC are commercial free usually which is why the run time is longer compared to our shows.
I loved the UK version but I haven't bothered to watch this one yet (not in protest, because I forget it exists sometimes).

I thought the show started strong in the pilot, but the second and third episodes were kind of weak.

What gloriousmuse said and the sequel is good as it still has a strong cast, great music and so on but I prefer Life On Mars (It is called Ashes to Ashes the sequel if you didn't know).

The Camberwick Green opening on the UK version was the funniest thing on tv in ages. I'd imagine that bit won't be in the US version.

THEY CANCELED THIS SHIT. UGHHHH.
Network TV execs are retarded and cancel anything with smart writing, a good cast, and great music.

Pretty much every new show I've started watching in the past couple of seasons has been cancelled. First Journeyman, then New Amsterdam, now this....I think the only show that's still on is Life.
