So I went with my bro (VeloriumCamper) to the mall today...and into fye.

I found a used copy of Fugazi's "Steady Diet of Nothing" for only $7. Had to buy it. I was looking for Repeater, but they didnt have it, oh well.

To make a long story short, its my first CD purchase in over 4 years. Just to prove that my musical tastes have matured drastically...I'll admit that my last CD purchase was Limp Bizkits "Chocolate Starfish and the hotdog flavored water".  what was i thinking back then...

**runs and listens to Fugazi CD again**

Even, like, a castrated donkey?
We're running low on those in my town.

yes, and my first CD in a couple months, not as long, but at least they were GOOD cd's this time: (Refused - "Songs To Fan The Flame Of Discontent"...and...Moneen - "Are We Really Happy With Who We Are Right Now?")

I haven't bought any cds in at least 2 years. I've started purchasing vinyl though, just so that i feel like i'm actually building a collection. I feel lame that all the cd's i have are back from early highschool, and blow ASS.

Do you have an old school vinyl player?

Sadly no. I had one for a long time that I listened to my Dad's old records on, but it crapped out about 2 years ago. So I have a newer one now.

Oh man, I bought that CD when I was 12 and listened to it for 6 months. I'm thinking that's why I'm so fucked up now. Fred Durst must die.

I do! On another note, I love buying cds and just bought the newest Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros cd about 30 minutes ago.

Thats a little sad. You should buy many more CD's. CD's are the bomb. Downloads are not nearly the same. You gotta have the whole package. Liner notes and everything.

buying cds is a waste of money, except you do get the booklets :D
