Haha before you got your car, did you have to ghetto-fy it up with the cassette tape that plugged into the headphone jack of the iPod? I have that now and it drives me crazy on my three hour car ride back home from school when the cord breaks and I'm stuck listening to the radio. :thumbdwn:

I love those. I don't know if there's a cheap way for cd lpayer stereos, but I rather pay 10$ for that for a cassette than 60$ for an FM transmitter to get good sound...

Oh, I totally agree with you! They're the greatest things ever. When they work, which is usually for a solid couple of months, but when I'm in the middle of a long ass road trip and the wire shorts out, I could bust some skulls.

nooope. I had the one that plugs into the little electric outlet. not bad since it always charged my ipod but it's so annoying when you're listening and the station comes in bad. I want to get the one that goes with my new car because it's like made for it so it should be pretty nice. going on my christmas list... :-)
