living only to satisfy the needs.
a dribble of words for those surrounding.
pleasuring those who watch freely.
wondering if we'll ever survive.
a tunnel made dark by the sun eclipsed.
overshadowing every movement.
every touch.
every second.
nonsense spilling over to be.
companionship on this road.
strolling hand in hand to dismissal.
a shallow mist overcasts the pass.
each footstep lost.
covered by confusion.
over the hills.
a wolf cries.
howls at the night.
looking.
wandering.
finding a man now changed.
a life lived.
is a life forgotten.
none shall remember deeds.
nor shall they remember names.
when strolling upon the lonely path of life.
eventually.
the wind blows over.
as our memory sways in the breeze.
footprints left in concrete.
rubble.
footprints left in dirt.
covered.
twigs broken in struggle.
regrow.
eventually.
