I usually do self promotion sub consciously in posts, but this time im gonna have to go all out.
Theres the online battle of the bands at purevolume for the bamboozle festival. We're in it. We need votes to win and play alongside the amazing line up of artists that you all listen to.
If you guys wouldn't , mind, signing up for a free listener account over there, and using my band as one of your 3 votes (for the first round). I will be forever in debt to you. Heres a little summary and a step by step process i posted on our myspace bulletin.
Voting has begun over at PureVolume for a online battle of the bands, where the winner recieves a slot on The Bamboozle Festival, April 29th, 30th, and May 1st in Asbury Park, New Jersey! If you haven't heard about the festival, it is a HUGE concert of bands, including Brand New, Finch, The Starting Line, Alkaline Trio, My Chemical Romance, and more. We are entered in the online battle of the bands, and we need your help! To win, you must recieve votes from fans who sign up at PureVolume.com as a Listener (Don't Worry, It's free). Here's How to sign up and vote for Made In China.
1. go to www.purevolume.com
2. Click on the "Listeners Area" Tab
3. Click "Listener Sign Up" Above the login box
4. After you agree to the terms, Create A Username and Password, enter your working email address, and the other required information.
5. After your registration is complete, Go to your email box and confirm your account. Log in to purevolume with your new account
6. After you log in, go to our purevolume page (www.purevolume.com/madeinchina) and click the link that says "Click Here To Vote For Made In China In The Bamboozle Battle Of The Bands!"
7. Your vote will then be registered for us, and you have 2 more votes to use on anyone else in the competition for the first round!
8. Tell your friends, family, anyone to follow these steps!!!
Seriously guys, on behalf of my band, thank you for all the support you've given us. You've listened when I've asked, alot of you have dug it, and it makes me happy that I can share my music with you guys.
