You can hear some clips of songs that will be on Weezer (www.weezer.com)'s upcoming album Make Believe right here (www.albumfive.com).

"Site Temporarily Disabled"
Dammit, I was pumped for even just a little clip. I'm guessing they're the clips from the background of the "Making the Video" of "Beverly Hills"

you can hear some of we're all on drugs and this is such a pity by going up to the media player and clicking on the arrow.

though the quality is very slow, the songs sounds awesome. "We're All On Drugs" sounds very catchy and could make for a great second single. "This Is Sich A Pity" sounds very 80s-ish. i definately think Make Believe will be on par or better than Blue and Pinkerton. i can't wait for May 10 :D

I liked what I heard in the background of the Making Of Beverly Hills...it restores my faith in the album. I don't think it will surpass Pinkerton or Blue but I think it will be a solid album...I am excited.

Beverly Hills has really grown on me.
As soon as I saw Rivers in the video...I was like "Awww. I can't stay mad at you."

"We're All On Drugs" is the hokey pokey.
So far that is better than most of Maladroit.. it definitely sounds more like old =w=... Can't wait to hear more.

I'm not seeing how this sounds like old Weezer, and I wouldn't say any of the stuff I've heard from Make Believe so far is better than anything off Maladroit.

I'm disappointed from what I've been hearing so far. :( Although the Beverly Hills video was great, I'm not enjoying what I've been hearing so far. But, it'll probably eventually grow on me after a while cause Weezer is Weezer.

It doesn't sound like Blue or Pinkerton (it sounds more modern, less distortion, but it sounds on par quality-wise with Blue and Pinkerton. Except We Are All On Drugs and Bev. Hills, those are kinda hoky, but the quality of Rivers' songwriting sounds better than Mala or Green.

Another thing that I don't like are the lyrics. I think "Beverly Hills" gives LFO's "Summer Girls" a run for it's money in terms of lyrics, and "We're All On Drugs" isn't much better in my eyes. The thing is, wether this album sucks or not, I'm still going to buy it because it's Weezer, and I still have a shred of hope that the other songs are better.

Beverly Hills really grew on me. The first time I heard it I just kind of thought it was weird. After two or three listens it really grew on me. I didn't listen to the clips. I want this album to be as much of a surprise as it can. I don't want to hear much more from it until it's in my hands. The Blue album and Pinkerton are so good and I gave the Green album and Maladroit a listen a few days ago and they really just don't compare to old Weezer. I hope Make Believe can bring Weezer back to their roots, in some way or form.
