Anyone have any experience with this type of thing? I'm looking to get back to school, but not really in a position where I can pick up and move right now, so this would be perfect. But something about it always seemed kinda, off?, to me.

make sure the major/pattern you select will give you an accredited degree

It worked for my mom, she was able to go back to school for two masters and still able to work. Online school is usually very flexible. I believe she went to the University of Phoenix Online.
Either way it has its cons, for example I wouldn't suggest anything math like or that needs much attention it becomes such a hassle to figure it out. Really you just have to do your research.
