mIRC Channels

What are some good mIRC channels? The only one I have known is #absolutepunk, but it never lets me get in. And just to let you guys know, I dont just download whole cds, I like to hear a few songs and then buy them. But yeah, feel free to PM me with some good channels or just respond with them. Thank you.

My irc doesnt have wondernet listed as one of the networks, though.

Also, #punkmp3 on Undernet is really good. Those guys are super nice. If you have any questions they always help you unlike the musical elitist assholes on #absolutepunk who only exist to trash talk people.

When you open IRC there should be a window that pops up, just type it in the bar at the bottom of that window. If that's not working out, there's a bit more complicated way to do it.

Click on View on the top bar of the program

Scroll down to "Options"

On the selection panel on the left, click on "Servers" (it's under 'connect')

Then click on "Add Server" and a new window should pop up

For description, type whatever you feel like. I just typed WONDERNET in huge caps so it'd be easier to find once it's added to the list. Then for irc server just type irc.wondernet.nu

Then hit Add. Leave group and password and shit alone.

Then wondernet should be in your irc server window thing, select it, and hit "connect to server"

Then once you're in (all kinds of text and stuff will happen in that main screen), type /join #absolutepunk or /join #absoluteindie

on undernet, #mp3passion is pretty good. You won't get really obscure stuff though.
