He was obviously a huge author and wrote the books that would become:
Jurassic Park
Twister
Sphere
and wrote for the show ER.

He was a really good contributer to movies. Books too, of course. But he was also working on JP4 If I'm not mistaken...I hope nothing bad comes from that

Twister was never part of a book that he wrote.
I can't believe he died. I didn't even have a clue he had cancer, which I guess they were keeping quiet. That's really sad. I really liked some of his work.

Did he just write the screenplay? I was going by IMDB

if he was working on jp4 then that makes me nervous. it'll get into the hands of someone whose hands it shouldn't get in and it'll turn into a terrible, terrible thing.

RIP, good sir. You will be missed by all.
Sphere is a masterpiece. Only thing I read by him. Now that this happened, though? Probably gonna hit up some more of his stuff.

that's false. He had nothing to do with jurassic park 3 and will have nothing to do with the new jurassic park.
hell, The Lost World was so far from the book he might as well had nothing to do with that one either.
anyway, my favorite author of all time. I can't wait for his final book in May.

Couldn't believe it.. he'll always be my favorite author.
My friends and I made a hilarious Timeline movie back in high school way before the shitty Paul Walker one came out. I'll have to convert it and put it up here at some point.

Congo was awesome
Timeline was my favorite of all his books that I have read. State Of Fear was really good too.
RIP Michael Crichton
