I thought I made this thread already but my computer crashed and when I restarted it wasn't here. When firefox reloaded it took me to another thread about same-sex marriage which has nothing to do with this one, so if a moderator deleted my old one and merged it, please don't. I don't care about personal opinions of people on the boards, I specifically want to know about how these 2 amendments don't ensure equal rights to all Americans, specifically about marriage. I don't understand how they don't.
